The Legislative and Policy Reform Committee of the GBUL Guild invites you to an important information session on Baltimore County Redistricting Efforts.

📅 Date: Sunday, August 17, 2025

🔍 What’s Redistricting About?
Following a 2024 ballot initiative, Baltimore County is expanding its Council from 7 to 9 districts. The proposed map aims to:
• Reflect population growth and diversity
• Unify communities like Essex, Middle River, and waterfront neighborhoods
• Honor geographic and cultural boundaries

🗣️ Public Hearings: August 26 & September 9 – If you live in Baltimore County, be sure to show up!
📜 Final Adoption: September 15, 2025
