(ANNAPOLIS – August 5, 2022) – “Congratulations to Doni Glover for achieving 20 years of BmoreNews. The online news service has served as an outlet to tell stories that are often untold from the point of view of those living in our Maryland communities,” said Lt. Governor Boyd K. Rutherford.

“I applaud Doni for his steadfast commitment as a community activist and homegrown leader for the City of Baltimore and the state. I wish him and BmoreNews another 20 years of success.”

Established August 9, 2002, in Baltimore, BmoreNews.com is presenting a calendar of events.

Two upcoming BmoreNews.com events are Black Wall Street HARLEM on Aug. 12, 2022, in New York City (RSVP to Blackwallstreetharlem10.eventbrite.com) and “Recognizing Black Business Month” on Aug. 22, 2022, in Baltimore (RSVP to Blackbusinessmonth.eventbrite.com).

Both business networking events will feature the coveted Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards where we celebrate Black entrepreneurs and professionals as well as the people who support them regardless of race. To date, we have honored over 1,900 individuals in 9 US cities.
