Coppin State University Announces 2024 Commencement Keynote Speaker

Coppin State University Announces 2024 Commencement Keynote Speaker
Dr. Linda L. Singh, Founder and CEO of Kaleidoscope Affect LLC, and a retired Major General from the Maryland National Guard

(BALTIMORE – April 23, 2024) – Coppin State University proudly announces that Dr. Linda L. Singh, Founder and CEO of Kaleidoscope Affect LLC, and a retired Major General from the Maryland National Guard, will deliver the keynote address at the university’s 2024 commencement ceremony.

Dr. Linda L. Singh brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the commencement stage. With a distinguished career in both military service and entrepreneurship, Dr. Singh embodies the values of dedication, innovation, and service that Coppin State University aims to instill in its graduates.

As the founder and CEO of Kaleidoscope Affect LLC, Dr. Singh has demonstrated her commitment to empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential. Her expertise in leadership development, diversity, equity, and inclusion has made her a respected figure in both the public and private sectors.

Before her civilian career, Dr. Singh served over 38 years in the Maryland National Guard, rising to Major General. Throughout her military career, she earned numerous awards and accolades for her exemplary leadership and dedication to service.

“We are honored to have Dr. Linda L. Singh as our commencement keynote speaker,” said Dr. Anthony L. Jenkins, President of Coppin State University. “Her remarkable career and commitment to excellence serve as an inspiration to our graduates as they embark on their journeys. We look forward to hearing her insights and wisdom as we celebrate the achievements of our graduating class.”

Coppin State University Commencement will be held Friday, May 17, 2024, at 9 a.m., at the Physical Education Complex Soccer Field, at Coppin State University. More information can be found at www.coppin.edu/student-life/commencement
