Angelo Cooper to be Honored at Black Wall Street SOIREE Tonight!
Angelo M. Cooper, GRI, BPOR, CNE

(BALTIMORE – December 5, 2024)—Be sure to RSVP for BMORENews.com’s Black Wall Street SOIREE, our annual fundraiser to support our Joe Manns Black Wall Street initiative, on Thursday, December 5, 2024 (6 to 9 pm) at the Downtown Cultural Arts Center at 401 N. Howard Street.

RSVP to https://blackwallstreetsoiree.eventbrite.com/.

As always, the event will feature the Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards, where we celebrate Black entrepreneurs and professionals as well as the people who support them regardless of race.

Honorees will include Angelo Cooper.

Angelo Cooper is a Realtor, investor and developer consultant in Maryland, DC, PA & The Dominican Republic who specializes in residential, commercial, investor and developer real estate services. With a formal education in law and business, he is a multi-million dollar producer who holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR), and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) professional designations in real estate. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors.

Angelo’s background and current affiliations make it possible for him to provide the skills and services necessary to give clients the ultimate real estate experience. He does more than just locate a property. As your Realtor, Angelo will:

• thoroughly facilitate and explain each step involved in the transaction until his client has a clear understanding,

• serve as a resource to his clients by advising them of their options,

• develop and implement a strategic game plan catered to suit his clients’ needs to acquire, market and liquidate,

• assist clients with negotiating, preparing contracts, and performing the due diligence necessary to determine the true value and condition of the property, and

• remain accessible to his clients well after the transaction concludes—for life.

Angelo prides himself on being “The Key to Making the American Dream a Reality” by empowering and educating people about the home buying, selling, investing, and leasing processes. Networking and meeting people are his great pleasures.

Please contact Angelo directly at 410-977-5630, locatemdrealestate.com or thecoopgroup2012@gmail.com to answer any questions. Let him share the added value he can offer as your agent and demonstrate how he can address all your real estate needs.

“Your referral is my greatest compliment. Referrals have been the cornerstone of my business for many years and are greatly appreciated!”
