Multimedia & Global Reach
Beyond written journalism, BMORENews is home to one of the largest Black news video archives in the world, hosted at YouTube.com/doniglover. With over 7,600 original videos, our channel documents more than a decade of community voices, political insight, and cultural milestones — a living record of Black America from the grassroots to the global stage.
We don’t just cover Baltimore. Our reporting has taken us across the U.S. and abroad, including:
-
70+ visits to the White House since 2010 — providing consistent Black media presence at the center of national power
-
Jordan (2002) — at the onset of the U.S. invasion of Iraq

Ethiopia and Tanzania (2006) — during national elections
-
Canada and Jamaica — expanding our diasporic coverage
BMORENews stands as a trusted source for unfiltered Black perspectives, connecting local stories to global realities with journalistic integrity and cultural pride.
The Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards
We are proud stewards of the Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards, an ongoing celebration of Black entrepreneurship, excellence, and community service. Since its inception, we’ve recognized over 1,900 honorees in cities such as Baltimore, New York, Washington, D.C., Richmond, Atlanta, New Orleans, Birmingham, Las Vegas, and Tulsa — the historic home of Black Wall Street.
We honor not only African American entrepreneurs and professionals, but also the allies who uplift them — regardless of race.
Expanding Our Platform
In response to the rise of streaming media during the COVID-19 pandemic, we launched:
-
BlackUSA.News (2020) — a digital home for our expanding video network. We now stream 7 days a week, with 25+ shows led by hosts from 7 major U.S. cities, covering politics, business, community, and culture.
-
ThePrinceGeorgian.com (2025) — serving Prince George’s County, MD, with the same community-first approach that powers BMORENews.
Our Place in the Media Landscape
In Baltimore, we stand proudly alongside legacy Black media such as AFRO.com and BTimesOnline.com, and other players like The Baltimore Banner and The Baltimore Sun. Our goal remains clear: celebrate Black excellence, hold power accountable, and tell our stories — with dignity, accuracy, and pride.
It took years of dedication to get here — but we made it. And we’re just getting started.

About Donald Morton “Doni” Glover
About the Founder
BMORENews.com was founded by Doni M. Glover, a seasoned journalist, entrepreneur, and media trailblazer whose work spans three decades. A proud McNair Scholar, Glover earned his undergraduate degree from Coppin State University (1993–1996), pursued graduate studies in International Affairs at Morgan State University, and earned his Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Journalism and Communication in May 2025. He will begin pursuing his Ph.D. in Public Administration in Fall 2025, continuing his lifelong commitment to civic engagement, public policy, and media innovation.
A journalist since 1994, Glover is also the founder of DMGlobal Marketing & Public Relations, where he has worked with a broad range of clients, including corporations, non-profits, government agencies, politicians, business owners, PR firms, and attorneys.
For nearly 20 years, Glover has been a fixture on news talk radio and has made national appearances on TV One’s Roland Martin Show and CNN with Carol Costello. His television career launched at WBAL-TV 11 in Baltimore, where he has provided political analysis since 2001.
Often referred to as “The Voice of Baltimore,” Glover launched The ORIGINAL Black Wall Street SERIES in Washington, D.C., in 2011 to celebrate Black entrepreneurs and professionals — and those who support them regardless of race. Since then, the series has honored nearly 3,000 individuals across cities including New York, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., Richmond, Atlanta, New Orleans, Las Vegas, Mobile, and Tulsa — the site of historic Black commerce and community strength.
Glover is also the author of three books:
-
Unapologetically Black: Doni Glover Autobiography (2015)
-
I Am Black Wall Street (2021)
-
Journapreneur: How to Build a Sustainable News Business Without Compromise (2022)
-
And his forthcoming title, Black Blueprint: Baltimore to Burkina Faso (2025)
A proud alumnus of Dunbar High School (’83) after attending Polytechnic Institute (’79–’81), Glover also studied at Morehouse College (1983–1985). He is the father of two Poly alumni: Asaan Glover and N’yinde’ Glover, and the proud grandfather of three: Amari, Satori, and Avani.
