Baltimore County Council Chair Julian Jones and the new 11A Delegate-elect Dr. Cheryl Pasteur

(BALTIMORE – July 26, 2023) – The Office of Councilman Julian E. Jones is excited to announce the 11th Annual Community Festival taking place on August 5, 2023, at the Northwest Regional Park from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.. This much-anticipated event is a beloved tradition in Owings Mills, connecting neighbors and local businesses in a celebration of unity and community spirit.

The centerpiece of the festival, the community picnic, invites attendees to enjoy a meal in the park, partake in diverse entertainment, and engage with local vendors. The festival symbolizes the resilience of our community and our shared commitment to foster unity and growth in Owings Mills.

In preparation for the event, the office is also seeking volunteers to ensure smooth operations on the day. Those who are interested in contributing their time and energy to this community celebration are encouraged to reach out to the office for more information.
