Chicago, New Orleans Los Angeles and Baltimore are four of 11 cities in America under the Department of Justice Consent Decrees for their police department for their policing practices . This show will give us an understanding of what a Consent Decree is, some of the tools used to change policing in America and have they been effective. Joining us will be the Team from the Baltimore City Police Department’s Consent Decree Monitoring Team:
