Nicholaus R. “Nic” Kipke, the Republican member of the Maryland House of Delegates since 2007 and also the Minority Leader in the House of Delegates, stated that the Republican Caucus was in support of Delegate Derick Davis for Speaker of the House. They were headed to the State House to announce their support.
