Delegate Branch responds to John Rydell’s question about Maya Rockeymoore Cummings mis-perception about the role of the Maryland Democratic Party chair in the selection of Speaker of the House or any other dealings in the Maryland General Assembly. Cummings issued a statement earlier this week promising retribution to any Democrat who did not support Party’s choices.
