TGR: Welcome BEYA Back to Baltimore: A Tyrone Taborn Vision

“If there ain’t no beauty, then you gotta create some beauty.”
– Earth, Wind & Fire

(BALTIMORE – January 14, 2024) – Despite all of the bad news that comes across local television airways daily… despite the carjackings, the undereducation, the underemployment, and the number of people in Baltimore who live beneath the poverty line, our city still has a lot of beautiful things going on!

I say this because we locals can become weary if we let the news broadcasts dictate our mental flow. I mean, my God – all you hear of is bad stuff on top of bad stuff. From City Hall to City Jail, integrity and character have seemingly lost value. Or so it seems.

But just like a preacher faithfully delivers his word each week, many Baltimoreans make it their business to help make Baltimore better whenever the opportunity presents itself.

One such fan of Baltimore is the illustrious Dr. Tyrone Taborn, a highly educated man who has mastered media and founded STEMCITYUSA.com. STEM CITY is Taborn’s crack at the Metaverse.

In any event … on this Tuesday Dr. Taborn is hosting a Welcome BEYA Back to Baltimore reception on Tuesday at the Reginald F. Lewis Museum from 6 to 9 pm. See you there!
