(BALTIMORE – April 30, 2023) – Be sure you come out on Tuesday evening as BMORENews.com joins forces with the West North Avenue Development Authority (WNADA) for one sizzling business networking event featuring the coveted Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards.

According to Chad Williams, Executive Director of the West North Avenue Development Authority, “We will recognize these individuals’ contributions towards housing, economic, and neighborhood revitalization along West North Avenue and for supporting the Authority during its inaugural year. ”

In short, we celebrate Black entrepreneurs and professionals as well as the people who support them regardless of race.

This partnership with WNADA extends the reach of the Black Wall Street Awards. It allows more small businesses to become a part of a national network created back in 2011 in Washington, D.C. It should be noted that these very first awards came out of a partnership that was fully supported by Peggy Morris and the very powerful and beautiful women of Sisters 4 Sisters Network, Inc.

This event will also serve as our regular meet and greet, where food will be provided for fellow business owners and real estate developers interested in participating in the redevelopment of West North Avenue.

You will also have the opportunity to speak with Chad Williams, Executive Director of the West North Avenue Development Authority, about your interest in joining the Authority as an employee to fill some top-level positions or pitch your business ideas for working with the Authority to revitalize West Baltimore.

This event will be hosted by Doni Glover with BMORENews and Chad Williams, Executive Director of the West North Avenue Development Authority.
