Mayoral Monday at Function Coworking Community, 3.2.2020. There was a great turnout last night as community residents from Northeast Baltimore got an opportunity to speak one-on-one with Sheila Dixon about her plans for Baltimore.
People shared their vulnerabilities, their challenges staying in Baltimore, and their view of the high crime rate in the city, including, sadly, female gangs and a carjacking.
