(BALTIMORE – March 7, 2024) – Be sure to mark your calendars for a very special BMORENews.com event: Black Wall Street PRIM & PROPER set for Monday, March 18, 2024, from 6 to 8 pm at 206 E. Redwood Street, Baltimore, MD 21202.

Since 2011, BMORENews.com and its partners have recognized Black entrepreneurs and professionals as well as the people who support them regardless of race. To date, over 2,500 individuals have been recognized in 9 major US cities. The aim is to encourage entrepreneurship and to help preserve little-known Black Wall Street history nationally. Honorees receive the Joe Manns Black Wall Street Award.

Honorees include Nia Valentine.

Who is Nia?

Nia Valentine is an American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner; however, her specialty is Pain Management.

Nia began her medical career in family medicine fifteen years ago, where she began treating pain, both chronic and acute. Throughout her career, while working as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care, retail health medicine, health insurance, a Baltimore City school-based health clinic, and in a Federally Qualified Health urgent same-day walk-in clinic, she noticed ‘pain’ is a common theme. At times patients were venting, but sometimes they were seeking care as they were either not managed or under-managed. Mrs. Valentine ultimately decided that to make the biggest impact, she needed to work specifically in pain management. Nia is now the Founder and CEO of Valentine Integrative Health, LLC, a Private Pain and Wellness Practice.

She can help patients identify their pain sources, provide validation, and guide them patient to the quality of life that they hope for through an agreed upon plan of action.

She believes in the mind/body/spiritual connection and understands that pain affects the whole person.

Nia’s hobbies include loving God, tag teaming with her husband to be an “Uber” to her elementary-aged son, going to her son’s basketball games (usually at least four in a weekend), spending time with her family/friends, and traveling.

Valentine Integrative Health’s Message

Valentine Integrative Health, LLC, is a Private Pain and Wellness practice. We reduce suffering for people who experience chronic, consistent pain or discomfort. We do this through wellness practices, such as proper nutrition, appropriate exercise, weight, loss, management, red light therapy, medication, management injections, and helping set achievable goals that increase people’s quality of life. Valentine Integrative Health practices like a large company, but provides individual attention, time, and energy like you are our family.
