(BALTIMORE – December 31, 2024) – Be sure to attend the Black Wall Street New Year EMPOWERMENT SUMMIT on Saturday, January 4, 2025, from 10 am to 2 pm at the Sankofa Children’s Museum of African Cultures at 4330 Pimlico Rd. This will be an inspiring event filled with workshops, speakers, networking opportunities, and, of course, the coveted Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards. This event is presented by BMORENews.com, the West North Avenue Development Authority (WNADA), and Fulton Bank.

Hosting this event is none other than Jasmine Kemp. Jasmine is a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager, nonprofit founder, and proud Ms. Black Maryland USA 2025 titleholder. With over 13 years of HR and recruiting experience, she has championed diversity, equity, and inclusion, helping countless individuals secure meaningful employment. Competing in the Ms. Black Maryland pageant amplified her platform: fighting homelessness and promoting stable employment within the Black community. Jasmine’s efforts inspire others to embrace their potential, while her nonprofit, Forming Stability, focuses on creating lasting opportunities for those in need. As a Black woman leader, she remains committed to driving impactful change and uplifting her community.
