With over 13 years of HR and recruiting experience, she has championed diversity, equity, and inclusion, helping countless individuals secure meaningful employment. Competing in the Ms. Black Maryland pageant amplified her platform: fighting homelessness and promoting stable employment within the Black community. Jasmine’s efforts inspire others to embrace their potential, while her nonprofit, Forming Stability, focuses on creating lasting opportunities for those in need.
