Emmy-nominated Doni Glover Show: Ms. Corporate America Contestant Sierra Morgan

Podcast Host | HR Consultant | Caregiving Advocate | Ms. Corporate America Contestant

Sierra Morgan is a dedicated podcast host, HR consultant, and caregiving advocate with a passion for empowering others. With 17 years of experience in HR leadership across multiple industries, she is the founder of Rose HR, where she provides expert consulting and workplace strategies to help businesses thrive.

In addition to her corporate expertise, she is the host of The Bottom Line is… a platform designed to engage, educate, and inspire women ages 25-55 on topics ranging from careers and relationships to health and caregiving. Through open, honest conversations, she creates a space for listeners to share experiences, learn valuable insights, and feel seen.

Her journey as a caregiver for over 15 years profoundly influences her mission. After stepping into the role unexpectedly to care for her great-grandmother, she quickly realized the challenges caregivers face—emotionally, financially, and professionally. This experience ignited her passion for advocacy, leading her to offer caregiving coaching and resources to help others navigate this
demanding role without burnout.

Now, as a contestant in the Ms. Corporate America Pageant, she is using her platform to spotlight the 53 million caregivers across the U.S. Her goal is to raise awareness of caregivers’ struggles, advocate for workplace policies that support them, and encourage conversations about self-care, career balance, and resilience.

Through her media, advocacy, and business work, she is committed to uplifting others, breaking barriers, and ensuring that caregivers are recognized, supported, and empowered.
