(COLLEGE PARK, MD – May 3, 2026) — The launch of The DBA Channel with Doni Glover on Tuesday, May 3rd at 6 pm begins with intention—and with impact. The Emmy-nominated Doni Glover Show airs on YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
For its inaugural episode, the platform welcomes Sheetal Singh, an award-winning researcher, organizational psychologist, and Associate Clinical Professor at the Robert H. Smith School of Business.
For Glover, there was no question who should be first.
“This is a full-circle moment,” he said, reflecting on Dr. Singh’s role in his academic journey. “She was one of the voices who helped open the door for me to pursue my doctorate. So to have her as my first guest—this is intentional.”
Dr. Singh is widely respected for her work at the intersection of leadership, organizational behavior, and real-world performance. As a leadership advisor to CEOs, Cabinet Members, and Heads of State, she brings both academic rigor and practical insight to conversations about what it takes to lead in complex, high-stakes environments.
Her path reflects that duality.
Before earning her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Strategy from the Smith School, Dr. Singh spent more than a decade in the hospitality industry, working with The Oberoi Group of Hotels & Resorts and the Carlson Group in leadership roles spanning operations, food and beverage, and training and development. That experience continues to inform her research and teaching today.
Her scholarship has earned national recognition, including multiple Best Paper Awards from the Academy of Management, as well as honors from George Washington University and the Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship. She also mentors graduate students in leadership development at Cornell University.
In Episode 1, Dr. Singh breaks down what leadership really looks like under pressure—exploring organizational culture, resistance to change, employee development, and how leaders can sustain performance without sacrificing well-being.
The conversation sets the tone for what The DBA Channel aims to be: a space where research meets reality, and where insight is grounded in both scholarship and lived experience.
“This is not just about theory,” Glover said. “It’s about understanding how systems work—and how people move within them.”
With Dr. Singh leading the way, The DBA Channel with Doni Glover launches with credibility, clarity, and purpose.
