Councilman James Torrence on Plans for Sandtown’s Lillian Jones Rec 

​   The Lillian Jones/Sandtown-Winchester Center was the topic of discussion at tonight’s community engagement meeting held at the Sandtown-Winchester Academy. The meeting was hosted by Baltimore City’s Department of Recreation and Parks. About 70 people attended.
