Black Wall Street EXPO 2025 to Feature State of DBE & MBE in Maryland

There are certainly concerns about the state of Disadvantaged and Minority Business Enterprises (DBE & MBE) in Maryland, questioning whether Black-owned businesses receive a proportional share of contracts reflective of the state’s 30% Black population or merely a fraction.
