Scott is excited to announce that the Baltimore City Veterans Day Parade will be returning this November for the first time since the beginning of the pandemic. For the Fall 2022 semester, Maryland’s largest Historically Black College or University (HBCU) recorded an all-time high for enrollment, surpassing 9,100 students.
