About Doni

Bmorenews’ founder is Doni M. Glover, a McNair Scholar who graduate from Coppin State (’93-’96) who has also done graduate work at Morgan State University in International Affairs. In addition to being a noted news talk radio host for the past 19 years, he has also appeared on local and national radio and television networks, including TV One’s Roland Martin Show and on CNN with Carol Costello. It should be noted that his television career took-off at WBAL TV 11 in Baltimore where he has provided political analysis since 2001.

A journalist since 1994, he also founded DMGlobal Marketing & Public Relations. Glover has an extensive list of clients including corporations, non-profits, government agencies, politicos, business owners, PR firms, and attorneys.

Further, Glover began The ORIGINAL Black Wall Street SERIES *NYC *MD *DC *ATL *NOLA in Washington, D.C. in 2011 to celebrate black entrepreneurs and professionals as well as the people who support them regardless of race. To date, Bmorenews and its partners have honored hundreds in 5 US cities. Often referred to as “The Voice of Baltimore,” Glover is the author of “Unapologetically Black: Doni Glover Autobiography”, released in the spring of 2015.

Glover is the father of Poly alumni Asaan Glover (21) and Poly junior N’yinde’ Glover (16). While Doni attended Poly (’79-’81), he is a proud Dunbar graduate (’81-’83). Afterwards, he attended Morehouse College from ’83-’85. Most recently, Glover joined the world’s cadre of authors with the release of his autobiography, Unapologetically Black.
