Diamond K (Dwayne Williams), an American liberal political commentator, music producer, editor and media host. He is the founder, managing editor and producer of Radio On Fire (RadioOnFire.com) a multi-channel network of associated web series focusing on news and current events. The media company’s flagship program is Diamond K in the Morning, a daily political podcast and live radio show.
He has been heavily involved in the Baltimore’s music scene for over 20 years as a DJ, promoter and recording artist. Diamond K produced club music classics “Are You The Bomb?”, “Hey You Knuckleheads”, “Put Ya Leg Up” and more. This musical prodigy began working with pioneers like Big Tony aka Miss Tony, Frank Ski and Reggie Reg while still a teenager. Diamond K is just as formidable behind the turntables as he is in the recording studio; having spun music in some of Baltimore’s biggest nightclubs. He is also the chairman and founder of the Baltimore Music Awards.
Diamond K was born (Dwayne Williams) in Baltimore, Maryland to Dwight and Sheila Williams. He is the oldest of 4 children and grew up in West Baltimore with his 3 sisters
Shawyn, Shawna and Shernay.
Diamond K in the Morning is produced in Baltimore and Atlanta, and Diamond K maintains residences in both cities.
