(BALTIMORE – February 1, 2026) – BMORENews is excited to announce the pilot episode of The Doni Glover Show LIVE, broadcasting from the Thurgood Marshall Amenity Center on Thursday, February 5, 2026, from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. RSVP here: donigloverlive.eventbrite.com
The live broadcast will feature an impressive lineup of guests, including Baltimore County Councilman Julian Jones, Alexandria Warrick-Adams of Elev8 Baltimore, Edwin Avent of the Baltimore Collegiate School for Boys, and Alexis Solis. Both Jones and Solis are currently seeking elected office, and we look forward to hearing their visions for the community. The show will conclude with a special fashion segment featuring two of our honorees, renowned throughout Baltimore for their pristine presentations of pure fashion.
Following the live broadcast, BMORENews will present the Black History Month edition of the Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards, Part I. This special installment will honor several distinguished entrepreneurs and community leaders, including:
Kevin Scott of Benedetto Haberdashery – You want some Black History? Okay. Here you go. 25 years ago, Kevin Scott had a vision, a dream, and an insatiable desire to make his own way on his own terms. You could call him the melanated version of Frank Sinatra. Immaculate from head to toe, Kevin Scott epitomizes fashion with every stitch, every step – calculated with precision to the knot on his tie. And please don’t miss the hat – something he picked up in Italy, no doubt. Welcome to the reinvention. He gave us the appetizer at 324 Park Avenue, long known to be the place for gentlemen looking for a step above the pack. That’s Kevin – makin’ it do what it do. A professor of colors, his gift is blending this with that and a touch of that over there – and at the end, the artist presents men from across the land with fashion suggestions that amplify what’s already there.
Jody Davis of Jody Davis Designs, Baltimore’s Queen of Fashion, celebrating 15 years in business. How time flies when you’re creating timeless elegance!
Additional honorees include Sabrina Tapp-Harper, Stokey Cannady, and Braxton Street, who will be recognized for their constructive efforts in the community.
This is a don’t-miss event! Stay tuned to BMORENews for more details and updates.
The show is produced by STEM CITY USA. Special thanks to Rev. Al Hathaway, Dr. Tyrone Taborn, and our producer Bryan Davis for making this historic broadcast possible.
