(BALTIMORE – May 3, 2023) – Chad Williams, Executive Director of the West North Avenue Development Authority (WNADA) was all smiles yesterday evening as West Baltimore activists and business owners convened at RMYKS (“re-mix”) in Little Italy. RMYKS is a Black-owned restaurant on Eastern Avenue that features some extremely delightful dishes, including a Mediterranean menu.
