ABC’s next installment of Equity First will feature Michele Fuller – CEO, President, and Founder of Minerva Global Business Solutions. In a one-on-one interview with Diane Bell-McKoy of ABC, Ms. Fuller will share her first-hand experience with the unique obstacles and challenges confronted by Black women in Corporate America.
The evening’s conversation will provide an empowering toolkit for other professionals who are striving to build an equity-centered career in a corporate world influenced by structural racism, micro-aggressions, and implicit biases.
Facilitated by T. Rowe Price Foundation, Building Movement Project, Baltimore’s Promise, and others, the survey is anonymous and intended to shine a spotlight on the experiences of all staff in the local nonprofit sector; examine trends around race and leadership, and equity; and to identify recommendations and opportunities to help address racial leadership gaps and advance equity. The results will be posted publicly on RacetoLead.org to encourage public discourse.
