Department of General Services Secretary, Ellington Churchill, and Deputy Secretary, Nelson Reichart, will detail the RFP process, agency needs, the logistics involved in moving up to 12 agencies and 3,300 employees, and how it will use the $50 million Governor Hogan dedicated to support the operation.
