On this first show, guests include Pless & Elizabeth Jones, who recently announced a $200 million project to bring transformational change to East Baltimore.
According to City Biz List, “Pless and Elizabeth Jones, are spearheading a three phase $200Mproject to help trigger a major revitalization of the entire Broadway East neighborhood. Their initial project, which they call the Equality Equation, is located on five acres of land at the corner of Belair Rd and Sinclair Lane, off US Highway 1 northeast of downtown Baltimore. They are the first of a group of change agents, a team of collaborators who take on the jobs of raising money, organizing the people who will build the project, then steward, maintain and manage the space to completion.”
Pless Jones’ father, Pless, Sr., is a major contractor in Baltimore. He owns P&J Contractors and heads the Maryland Minority Contractors Association. This project, no doubt, is a testament to the family’s dedication to excellence in the City of Baltimore.
Additionally, another power couple will be guests on the show. Frank Johnson, a Baltimore entertainment executive, recently jumped the broom with the extremely talented Par’ris D. Rose, an accomplished author of three books and an activist.
For the uninitiated, Frank Johnson is a Baltimore-based direct consumer branding, strategic-marketing and promotions media consultant based in the Mid-Atlantic region. He is also an entertainment executive with over 20 years experience in the music business including extensive regional and national promotions and marketing on-hands for Def Jam, Universal Music Group, Atlantic Records, Russell Simmons Def Jam Interactive Gaming, and the National Hip Hop Caucus. Driven by a network of field marketing representatives throughout the United States who lend experiences in the their perspective region, Johnson helps clients target the 18-45 demographic with strategic marketing, promotions, social media and branding campaigns.
His wife, Par’ris, is a powerhouse all by herself, which completes this couple’s foundation.
A Domestic Violence Activist, Author, Writer, Director, Executive Producer and Motivational Speaker – Par’ris D. Rose has devoted her life to assisting victims of Domestic Violence and developing programs and imitative to help those who have suffered from abuse. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Human Resources Management and advanced training in Business Administration. She is currently pursuing studies to become a Certified Life Coach.
Par’ris writes powerful stories to offer hope and enlightenment to all who are feeling trapped and hopeless at the hand of someone they love.
