Christina Carrega is an award-winning journalist who is currently a Multimedia Reporter for ABC News. Previously, Christina was the Deputy Managing Editor of The Queens Daily Eagle and The Brooklyn Daily Eagle newspapers as well as a Criminal Justice Reporter for The New York Daily News and The New York Post.
The New York Association of Black Journalists (NYABJ) awarded her first place for 2017’s’ and 2014’s Best Spot News and in 2013 was a finalist for the National Association of Black Journalists’ (NABJ) Best Single News Story. Christina graduated from St. John’s University where she majored in Journalism and minored in International Studies.

His work has appeared in Time Magazine, Gannett Newspaper
Publications, Sports Illustrated and Ebony Magazine.
He has been a working journalist for almost 40 years.
He was the editor for the American Postal Workers Union
Newspaper in Miami.
He has worked at the Miami Times and the Miami Herald.
He has covered and documented events and stories covering a variety
of subjects from movie reviews, super bowls, social injustice and
Presidential Inaugurations.
He has a communication degree from Florida International University.
