Doni Glover is a media entrepreneur and publisher of the award-winning Bmorenews.com, established in August 2002. Based in Sandtown, Bmorenews has covered news from Maryland to Portland, Oregon, including 35 visits to the Obama White House. Internationally, Bmorenews has covered news in Tanzania, Jamaica, Jordan, Ethiopia and Canada.
Glover also founded DMGlobal Marketing and PR, which provides services to municipalities, government agencies, businesses, non-profits, corporations, authors, artists and politicians seeking to penetrate the Maryland-DC African American market.
A news talk radio host at Radio One Baltimore since 1999, Glover has consistently provided political analysis on local news networks since 2000, including WBAL TV 11. In 2015, Glover’s reach expanded via national news outlets following the untimely death of Freddie Gray, including his debut on TV One’s “The Roland Martin Show” and CNN with Carol Costello.
In 2015, Glover published his autobiography, Unapologetically Black. Further, Glover’s Bmorenews launched The ORIGINAL Black Wall Street SERIES *NYC *MD *DC *ATL *NOLA featuring the Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards in 2011. The purpose of the ongoing business networking events is to celebrate black entrepreneurs and professionals as well as the people who support them regardless of race. To date, the event has recognized over 1,500 individuals in six US cities: New York, Baltimore, Washington, Richmond, Atlanta and New Orleans.
