Who is Mr. Kirby?

Baltimore’s own, Robert Kirby III is a self- published author and illustrator, who also draws professional portraits, creates logos, comic strips, graphic designs and hand painted signs.

Born June 21, at the famous Johns Hopkins Hospital, Robert Kirby III has always had this God-given artistic gift.  Starting young, at age 16, Robert was the Illustrator for the “Baltimore Progress” newspaper.

Now a seasoned artist and self-published author, at age 39, Robert is the creator of the cute but controversial children’s book entitled, “Jacob Gets a Spanking.” He is also the creator of the wacky and wild “Israel Comic Strip Universe.”

Robert Kirby III creates artistic material consisting of both personal and commercial content for a wide range of individuals, from children to adults; with children’s books and comic strips currently as his main area of focus.
