The new deadline for the 2019 AMEX leadership Academy at CBMA will be Wednesday, April 3rd. The AMEX Leadership Academy at CBMA is an exclusive fellowship opportunity open to emerging leaders working to advance Black Male Achievement in their cities and communities. Selected individuals will participate in a year-long learning journey that will strengthen and deepen their leadership and impact on behalf of Black men and boys.As an ALA@CBMA Fellow, you’ll have access to valuable benefits including (but not limited to):The chance to apply for up to $15,000 in city-based collaborative mini grants1-on-1 Executive Leadership CoachingInvitation to attend key CBMA events, like Rumble Young Man, Rumble and our annual Promise of Place national conveningAccess to 360 feedback and executive coaching resources to help you build a results-driven development plan for personal and organizational growth.
If chosen, you’ll join fellow participants in Greensboro, NC for a four-day kick-off gathering from June 9th-13th, hosted by two top leadership development and social justice organizations, The Center for Creative Leadership and the Beloved Community Center.
