His experience includes developing and promulgating space allocation guidelines policies and regulations; developing overviews of institution programs, assessing program and space needs, space utilization studies and facility programming and master planning for a variety of institutions; developing, reviewing, analyzing and recommending bond bills.

As the former Executive Director and Facilities Director for the Maryland State Board for Community Colleges; lead budget analyst for the Maryland budget office focusing on the entire education continuum and special projects; and government and community engagement administrator for a public university, Mr. Robinson has a preponderance of experience in all aspects of higher education, government, community and economic development; and project development.  Mr.  Robinson is a member of the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP) and the Association for Learning Environments  (A4LE).
