The 2018 Gubernatorial Primary Election is quickly approaching and voters are looking for meaningful insights, perspectives and platforms from the candidates.
The Northwest Voice community newspaper, which covers the Catonsville, Owings Mills, Pikesville, Randallstown, Reisterstown, Windsor Mill and Woodlawn areas, will host its second political forums to help community members make an informed decision.
County Executive, Legislative District 44B, Councilmanic District 1
The evening will include refreshments and a mix and mingle with community leaders and members from 5:30 to 6 p.m. The forum will begin at 6 p.m. Invited are candidates for County Executive, state Senate and House of Delegates in Districts 10 and 44B, and County Council in Districts 1 and 4 will respond to moderated questions. We will also recognize candidates for the Baltimore County Board of Education and Democratic State Central Committee in Districts 1 and 4 who are present and give them a brief opportunity to speak.
Moderators include the Northwest Voice’s Janet Anderson and Doni Glover, publisher of Bmorenews.com.
Tables will be available to display candidates’ literature.
