Pugh, Mayor of Baltimore City, cordially invites you to attend the announcement for the 37th year of the Baltimore Caribbean Festival scheduled for 11:00 am on Thursday May 17th, 2018 at City Hall, 100 North Holliday Street Baltimore, Maryland 21202.

Embracing the preview of another Caribbean Festival, The Baltimore Washington One Carnival Executive Committee is extending a personal invitation to you to attend our 37th Annual Caribbean Carnival, the weekend of July 14-15, 2018 at Clifton Park, 2801 Harford Road, Baltimore Maryland 21218. The parade will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2018 commencing at 12 noon with the festivities continuing at Clifton Park with food, crafts and live entertainment until 10:00 pm. On Sunday July 15, 2018, the celebration continues in Clifton Park from 12 noon to 9:00 pm.

This year, we will host a “Meet and Greet” at the festival site and will allocate two complimentary tickets for you and your guest. Additionally, the organization has partnered with the Holiday Express Hotel located at 221 Gay Street, Baltimore MD where special rates are offered to all guests registered at the hotel.

Since its inception, the Baltimore Caribbean Festival has provided a nexus for family gatherings and serves as the focal point of interest for residents and visitors to Baltimore City. The parade of 20 plus bands and 3,000 plus costumed participants has received outstanding reviews. Each year, several charter buses bring masqueraders and Carnival enthusiasts to Baltimore.

The Baltimore Washington One Caribbean Carnival/Festival’s growth and development is exponential. In 2017, attendance was well over thirty-five thousand (35,000) spectators.
