Located at Baltimore City Community College (BCCC) 2901 Liberty Heights Avenue Baltimore, Maryland 21215.

The festival will take place inside the college itself and outside on the college grounds.

Admission is free and open to the public.

Non-service animals are not allowed on the campus.
