Who is Bruce?
Bruce Gartner is a Vice President for CH2M where he serves as the Client Account Manager for Maryland Transportation. He joined CH2M in July 2015 after a 26 year career with the State of Maryland where he served within various capacities at both the Maryland Department of Transportation Headquarters and the Maryland Transportation Authority. Immediately prior to leading the Maryland Transportation Authority as Executive Director between 2013 and 2015 he served as MDOT’s Assistant Secretary for Transportation Policy and Freight.
