(RANDALLSTOWN – February 21, 2016) – It is with great honor that and its sponsors recognize Janet Anderson. Anderson, the editor of the Northwest Voice Newspaper which serves Woodlawn, Randallstown and Owings Mills, will be awarded on Thursday, February 25, 2016 from 6 to 8 pm at Nancy by SNAC, 131 W. North Avenue in Baltimore City.

This year represents the fifth year of the awards and The ORIGINAL Black Wall Street SERIES *NYC *MD *DC *ATL *NOLA.

A seasoned professional, Anderson is responsible for the content of a publication that reaches the wealthiest, most educated demographic of African Americans in Greater Baltimore.

She and the other honorees will receive the Joe Manns Black Wall Street Award. The coveted honor has been received by hundreds of black entrepreneurs and professionals as well as the people who support them regardless of race. Founded in Washington, D.C. in 2011, the ongoing business networking series has been featured in New York, Baltimore, Washington D.C., Atlanta and New Orleans.
