(BALTIMORE – February 3, 2016) – In conjunction with American Health Career Institute (AHCI), Bmorenews is proud to be a part of a day of empowerment at an otherwise forsaken intersection in West Baltimore, notoriously rediscovered by the world during the aftermath of Freddie Gray’s tragic death.

Hence, on Wednesday, February 10, 2016, there will be a job fair and business expo from 10 am to 2 pm at AHCI, 2520 Pennsylvania Avenue.

Then, at 6 pm, there will be a Unity in the Community Awards Ceremony designed to recognize some of the most resilient people in the world who insist on making a positive difference in the community, particularly in light of last April’s civil unrest. We believe these individuals represent the Best of Baltimore, even in our darkest hour.
