(HANOVER – September 20, 2022) – Today was an excellent day for business networking, especially if one has an interest in doing business at our very own BWI Marshall Airport. Headed by Executive Director/CEO Ricky Smith, the airport located 20 minutes from Baltimore and 25 minutes from Washington, D.C. is a critical business engine for the State of Maryland.
In his tenure, Smith has made it his business to ensure that everybody has a chance to do business at the airport. There are many examples of Smith’s passion for helping small businesses. He’s been doing it for years.
For the uninitiated, SynergyBWI 2022 Conference by the Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA) wants the entire world to know that BWI-Marshall Airport is open for business!
This business networking event is designed to connect businesses with decision-makers and resources at BWI Marshall Airport. Synergy equips attendees with knowledge of current and upcoming contracting opportunities with the Maryland Department of Transportation’s (MDOT) Maryland Aviation Administration and how to do business with the State of Maryland.
