The Economic Opportunity and Policy Forum will feature a number of speakers and presentations, including Lizbeth Bryan.
Bryan is the Director of Procurement and Contracts at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority. Her team of procurement professionals supports both airports: Ronald Reagan Washington National and Washington Dulles International; the Dulles Toll Road and the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project with all procurement and contracting initiatives.
Liz has over 35 years of public transportation experience in the areas of engineering and construction, and procurement and contracts. Liz is a Certified Public Procurement Officer (CPPO), holds an Engineering Degree and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
