The Economic Opportunity and Policy Forum will feature a number of speakers and presentations, including Attorney Donald Laffert.
Donald Laffert is a Contracts Manager in the Office Supply Chain Management at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority where he supports procurements and contracts for the Chief Revenue Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, the Department of Public Safety, and Concessions Contracts.
Prior to joining the Airports Authority, Mr. Laffert was an attorney in the Office of the General Counsel at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority and was responsible for procurement and contracts. Mr. Laffert has a JD from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a BA from Southern Methodist University. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and District of Columbia.
